Who we are
This website is run by MZ Photography & Drone Services Ltd, trading as MZ Drone Services, registered in England and Wales, company number 13867279. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at mark@markzaccariaphotography.co.uk or on 07866 522549.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry using our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, email address, the service you are interested in, the site location and your message. If you email or phone us directly, we receive the information you choose to share.
To protect the form from spam, our server briefly records a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and the time of your enquiry. This cannot be used to identify you and is deleted automatically after one hour.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. Our lawful bases under UK data protection law are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your details for marketing mailing lists and we never sell them.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is sent by email and stored with our website hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and keep business records such as quotes and invoices for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our fonts are hosted on our own server. Some pages show an interactive 3D model provided by one3D (app.one3d.ai). When that model loads, one3D may receive technical information such as your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email mark@markzaccariaphotography.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
